1. Order Cancellations
- Digital Services (Reports, Consultations, Predictions):
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of successful payment, provided the service has not yet entered the “processing” stage (i.e., assigned to an astrologer or started manually).
After this point, cancellations will not be accepted. - Physical Products (Gemstones, Rudrakshas, Yantras, Bracelets, etc.):
Orders can be cancelled only before the item is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds for the following:
- Reports or readings that have already been processed or delivered.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Delays in service delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Discontentment with astrological predictions or advice, as outcomes are subject to individual faith and interpretation.
- Any physical product that has been used, worn, damaged, or returned without proper certification.
3. Exceptions: Refunds May Be Considered If:
- You made multiple payments for the same service/order – the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
- You cancel a digital order within 1 hour and the processing hasn’t started.
- You received a damaged or incorrect product and notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product is returned unopened, unused, and with original packaging, along with a valid lab authenticity certificate (for gemstones or Rudrakshas).
Refund Timelines:
Minimum Refund Time: 2–3 business days (after verification and approval).
Maximum Refund Time: 7–10 business days (depending on your payment method and bank processing).
4. Refund Deductions
If your request qualifies for a refund, the following charges will be deducted (where applicable):
- Transaction Charges (by banks or payment gateway)
- Shipping & Return Courier Charges
- Certification Costs
- Bracelet Charging Fees
- A flat ₹200 deduction for prepaid orders cancelled after dispatch
5. No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
- Used or opened gemstones, Rudrakshas, or spiritual items without certification.
- Consultation or phone advice services once the call has been connected.
- Incorrect personal information entered by the user.
- Cosmetic differences between product image and physical item due to lighting/photography.
6. Return Conditions (Physical Products)
- Product must be returned within 3 working days of delivery.
- Return shipping must be arranged by the customer.
- Items must be unused and in original condition, with the original packaging.
- Rudrakshas/Gemstones must include a government-approved lab certificate for eligibility.
