1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across India. For international shipping, please contact us directly before placing your order.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Digital Services (Reports, Horoscope, Remedies, Consultations):
    Orders are typically processed and delivered via email within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the nature and complexity of the service.
  • Physical Products (Gemstones, Rudrakshas, Yantras, Bracelets, etc.):
    Orders are usually processed within 2 to 4 business days after successful payment and verification.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (Within India):
    Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping (Selected Items & Locations):
    Available on request at an additional cost. Delivery within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote or Rural Areas:
    Delivery timelines may extend slightly depending on courier service availability in your area.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on select products and promotional offers.
  • For all other orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the product.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status in real-time.


6. Packaging

All physical products (especially Rudrakshas, Gemstones, and Spiritual Tools) are packaged with utmost care using tamper-proof, water-resistant packaging to ensure safe delivery. Fragile or premium items are insured and securely packed.


7. Delays in Delivery

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier delays or service interruptions
  • Festivals, public holidays, or natural calamities
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses

In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone and work to resolve the issue promptly.


8. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailability of the recipient
  • Refusal to accept delivery

… the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate while placing the order.
