- Subscription delays will be resolved on a pro-rata basis.
- Damaged product returns are not eligible for refunds.
- Astrological services are not a substitute for professional advice.
- Transit damage will be handled by Onkaara.in.
- Slight product image differences will not justify refunds.
- Phone advice charges will not be refunded after connection.
- Refunds will exclude shipping, transaction, and processing charges.
- Duplicate payments will be refunded after retaining the cost of one.
- Seal-broken gemstones returned without a lab certificate will incur deductions.
- Return window: 24 hours from delivery for damaged or wrong items.
- Prepaid order cancellations after dispatch will incur a ₹200 deduction.
- Customer bears cost for returning broken items.
- Bracelet returns may include courier + charging fee deductions.
- Rudraksha(s) must include a Govt. lab certificate for returns.
- Free shipping applies to orders above ₹501; otherwise, ₹200 courier deduction.
Exceptions
Nothing in this document limits or excludes Onkaara.in’s liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Any matter that would be illegal to exclude.
Reasonableness

- You cannot resell or duplicate our courses.
- You cannot teach our course content elsewhere.
- Legal action will be taken under jurisdictions in Ludhiana (India), Wyoming (USA), and Dubai (UAE) for any violations.
Courier & Return Policy
- Returns incur a ₹200 courier deduction.
- For charged bracelets, courier and energy charging fees are deducted.
- Authenticity certificate requests cost ₹99.
- Rudraksha returns require a government lab certificate.
- Orders below ₹501 will not qualify for free return shipping.
